With two beaches just 100m away, spend your days swimming, surfing, and walking along some of the most pristine coastline on the NSW South Coast. The beaches here are uncrowded and absolutely beautiful.
The Crookhaven River and surrounding waterways are renowned for excellent fishing. The boat ramp at Crookhaven Heads is just 4.6km away. Cast a line for bream, flathead, whiting, and more.
Excellent surf breaks nearby suit all levels from beginners to experienced surfers. The consistent swell and variety of breaks make this area a favourite among the surfing community.
The area is a birdwatcher's paradise. Lake Wollumboola just 900m away is a significant habitat for migratory shorebirds. Spot rare and common species in their natural environment.
A short drive to Jervis Bay — famous for having the whitest sand in the world. Dolphin watching, whale watching (seasonal), sea kayaking, and diving are all within reach.
Just 2km to Culburra Beach township with cafes, restaurants, supermarket, and shops. Enjoy the relaxed village atmosphere while stocking up on supplies for your stay.

House Rules & Policies
- Pets are welcome. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to our pet terms and conditions.
- No bookings for "Schoolies" breaks, under 21 years groups, weddings, or parties of any sort.
- Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Guest limits apply at all times. Extra guests (including day visitors) must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
- No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are permitted.
- No motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, firearms, air rifles, or fireworks under any circumstances.
- WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. Issues will be dealt with promptly but cannot be guaranteed.
- Terms and conditions apply. Payment warrants your agreement to all terms.
- 24/7 support available. Contact our office at any time during your stay.
